Adorable boy parties seem to be like rare gold, so I was quite excited when Kelsey of Just Daisy Dreaming, contacted me to share her son Micah’s creative Camp Out Style first birthday party! This party is loaded with inspiration and adorable details, from the creative outdoor-sy treats, to the adorable camp signs linning the walkway…Kelsey definitely did an amazing job. The camp style treats table was laid out with pails of sweet treats: {gummy frogs, chocolate pebbles, and toasted marshmallow jelly beans }, displayed on wood rounds. The s’mores lollipops looked like marshmallows covered with sand, displayed on a bed of grass. There were also some adorable marshmallow ghosts, and iced number one sugar cookies, dehydrated ice cream, and dirt cups. Kelsey made some super adorable Campfire cupcakes by rolling chocolate iced, chocolate cupcakes in oreo cookie crumbs, and then topping them with camp fires! The camp fires were made by using pretzel sticks as wood, surrounded by chocolate pebbles, red sugar flakes as flames, and gold edible glitter. The beautiful birthday cake was made by CAKE, and the kids (little campers), went home with brown paper favor bags filled with camping goodies, and labelled with a Camp Micah sticker. The adults (camp counselors), went home with packs of Honeymaid S’mores cookies, labelled ‘Thank You For Visiting Camp Micah’.

Kelsey set up owl candles, ‘tree centerpieces’, and creepy critters around the house, and made some lovely green flower arrangements, using cute fabrics to wrap the the vases. The walkway was lined with wooden camping signs that her dad made.

More pictures of the decor, invitation, treats table and birthday boy. For even more pictures and details, visit Just Daisy Dreaming…you’ve got to see how Kelsey carried this theme into the ‘outhouse’! Thanks again Kelsey for sharing Micah’s absolutely adorable party with us.
