Heather, it really doesn’t have to be that expensive. It’s about planning in advance so that you don’t get overwhelmed at the last minute. There are lots of Etsy shops where you can get lovely party goods at great prices. If you start planning early, you can buy items over time, and spread the cost.

I think the first and third are such great ideas for kids parties, certainly one to save for a special birthday as I bet a fully themed day is expensive?

I am so honored to have my daughter’s 1st birthday party to be chosen as “2009’s Most Adorable Kid’s Party”… There were truly amazing parties out there!
